Who I Am
I’m Tom Piskorski, founder of LabROI. For the last 13+ years I’ve been on the agency side — managing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and analyzing data for B2B clients across Europe.
Over that time I’ve worked with 100+ companies, managed combined advertising budgets exceeding PLN 86 million, and run campaigns in seven languages. From SaaS startups to established enterprises, I’ve seen what works and — more importantly — what doesn’t.
My approach: Every framework on LabROI comes from real client work and real data. No theory without proof. No advice without experience behind it.

Why I Started This
After 13 years on the agency side, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: companies spend thousands on ads but skip the research that makes those ads work. They target demographics instead of buying situations. They write copy based on assumptions instead of customer language.
