For over 13 years I’ve managed marketing campaigns for Europe’s biggest brands – from Empik, through Smyk, to Rankomat. I’ve spent over €21 million on campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. And through all these years I understood one fundamental truth:
Most B2B companies burn money on ads because they don’t know who they’re talking to.

I don’t launch campaigns „because competitor does it”. First I analyze market, research competition and look for white space – place where you can win without fighting for every percentage point of margin. Only then do I prepare campaigns that hit exactly the needs of your ideal customer.
At Rankomat I increased number of leads and policy sales by several dozen percent year over year. Not because I had bigger budget. But because I implemented analytical dashboards that showed what ACTUALLY works – and I made decisions based on data, not hunches.
At Fortum I scaled campaigns from several dozen to several thousand leads monthly – while simultaneously LOWERING acquisition costs. How? Through systematic A/B testing, advanced analytics and continuous optimization.
I executed campaigns not only in Poland, but across Europe – in 7 different languages. I know that what works on Polish market won’t necessarily work in Germany or UK. And I can adapt strategy to local realities.
I started in 2012 as freshly graduated Master of Computer Science from Systems Research Institute of Polish Academy of Sciences. I thought marketing was „just ads”. I quickly learned it’s much more.

Result Media – where I scaled lead generation to several European markets in 7 languages
Rankomat – where I implemented analytics that to this day drives strategic decisions of entire company
