Launching LabRoi Project: 10,000 Real Subscribers in 12 Months, Starting from Zero


For the last 13+ years I sat on the agency side. I managed campaigns, optimized funnels, analyzed data for dozens of B2B clients across Europe. Budgets exceeding €250,000 monthly. Over 100 companies. Seven languages.
And through all these years I saw one pattern that repeated in almost every company.
CEOs and directors made decisions to spend tens of thousands of euros on campaigns, tools, agencies – without having access to practical knowledge that would allow them to assess if it even makes sense and often they burned money, I want to change that and show there’s another way.
I’m not talking about theory. There’s too much theory on internet. I’m talking about specifics: how exactly to analyze competition so you don’t copy their mistakes, how to talk to customers to extract real purchase motivations, how to execute campaigns to achieve specific goals, how to configure and read data in Google Analytics to know where you’re actually losing money.
This knowledge exists. Problem is, it’s scattered across hundreds of articles, courses and conferences. Or locked in heads of consultants who don’t have time or motivation to share it.
I decided to change that.
I’m launching LabRoi project. Website with blog, regular social media content, practical instructions you can implement in your company right away.
But I don’t want to do this quietly, then come out with big „launch day” and pretend success came overnight.
I want to build this publicly. Show what works, what doesn’t work, how much it costs and what results it gives.
Because I see how many B2B business owners would like to build their own online presence, their own customer acquisition channel that doesn’t depend on paid ads or cold calls. But they don’t know where to start. Don’t know how much time it really takes. Don’t know what results they can expect.
I’m going to show them. On my own example. With specific numbers.
I set myself specific goal: 10,000 users who regularly read, watch or listen to my content.
This isn’t about vanity metrics like „followers” or „likes”. It’s about people who actually come back, open emails, read articles, implement what I write.
10 thousand sounds like a lot? Maybe. But let’s break it down.
12 months is 52 weeks. 10,000 divided by 52 is about 192 new subscribers weekly. At beginning it’ll be less, at end (hopefully) more. But on average – some 200 people weekly need to decide it’s worth following what I do.
Is this realistic? Honestly? I don’t know. That’s why I’m doing this publicly – so you can see if it’s possible, or where I crash.
For this to make sense, you need to know what point I’m starting from. Because it’s easy to say „I built 10k subscribers” when you started with 5 thousand.
Here are my starting numbers:
This is starting point. Practically nothing. And from this „nothing” I’m going to build community of 10,000 people in a year.
Once a week there’ll be new article on blog. Not some generics like „5 ways to better marketing”. Specific, practical instructions you can implement same day.
Things I worked out myself through 13 years working with B2B clients, frameworks, practical cases.
Additionally I’ll create social media posts – shorter forms, instructions. Everything based on same foundation: practical knowledge that gives results.
I won’t write theory you can find in every article on Google’s first page. I’ll write things that work, because I tested them myself on dozens of campaigns with real budget.
Once a month I’ll publish summary with specific numbers:
I want you to see real picture. Not retouched version of success. Real numbers, real costs, real results.
Because if it works – you’ll have ready blueprint for your own project.
And if it doesn’t work? At least you’ll know what to avoid.
